CDOT 6696  Contributor's Pick!       
The first-ever train 1622, with CDOT 6696 on the west end, sits at the Old Saybrook Station while passengers board and disembark. The train departs New Haven Union Station at 1:00 p.m., stopping at all stations between there and Old Saybrook, where it arrives at 1:45 p.m. The train departs Old Saybrook at 2:00 p.m., now symboled 1671, and stops only in Guilford on the way back to New Haven.
