PW 3902
Title:  PW 3902
Description:  Appeared in September 2007 Railpace---For a rare second day in a row, Providence & Worcester CT-1 makes an appearance north of Middletown, CT., the train's usual destination, June 28, 2007. The previous day, the train attempted to go to Hartford to interchange with the Connecticut Southern Railroad, however the crew was alerted that the blistering heat had buckled the track, so the train returned to Middletown. CT-1's rear unit, PW 3902, is seen passing the old Wethersfield freight station. The original New Haven Railroad passenger station once stood approximately where the photographer is standing, until it burned down in the early 1900s. Instead of building a new station, the New Haven Railroad modified the freight station to also accommodate passengers.

Train CT-1
Title:  Train CT-1
Description:  Appeared in October 2010 Railpace---For the first time in over two years, a Providence & Worcester GP38-2 was assigned to a New Haven area local. PW 2007 switches Murphy Road Recycling in Portland, CT. on train CT-1. The EMDs are usually found working in Massachusetts or Rhode Island. While Connecticut operations are often the home of PW's bigger B39-8s and B40-8s, PW 2007 is the second interesting locomotive assigned to the area this summer, as rare B23-S7 "Super 7" 2215 worked the area during much of July.

MEC 350
Title:  MEC 350
Description:  Appeared in February 2011 Railpace---During winter months, Pam Am's Connecticut trackage sees a spike in traffic, with large amounts of propane moving to the AmeriGas facility on the Canal Line. Due to the increased tonnage, PL-1 often has to leave part of its train in Berlin in order to climb the steep grade to the Plainville Yard. MEC GP40 350 is seen returning to Berlin on December 30, 2010, to retrieve the second half of the previous day's train, which consisted mostly of propane tank cars.

TLTX 553778
Title:  TLTX 553778
Description:  The Durham Fair, Connecticut's largest agricultural fair, was held September 22-25, 2011. Due to recent rains, the farms and fields usually used for parking cars were too muddy for use, so cars were parked inside Tilcon Connecticut's Reeds Gap quarry. TLTX 553778 was parked outside the quarry's locomotive shed, with TLTX 7355 looking on from the inside. This was a very rare opportunity to photography the pair up close, as they work within the confines of the quarry, which is not usually open to the public.
